How to become a Partner of the Race "Expedition-Trophy 2006"

“GENERAL PARTNER” STATUS (HEREINAFTER GP) GRANTS THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:

  • Placement of the GP logo on the clothes of the Race Organizers and private participants quantity 100 sets and more. Dimensions max. 2 logotypes 7 õ 7 cm. Also on the clothes of corporate participants quantity 100 sets and more. Dimensions max. 1 logotype 7 õ 7 cm.

  • Placement of the GP logo on the clothes of the “Expedition” ÒÌ sold freely (special collection titled “Expedition-Trophy 2006”). This item is subject to additional notification and adjustment.

  • Placement of the GP logo on the cars of the Organizers and all participants (50-70 vehicles) both on the right and left boards of the car and on the back passenger window of the vehicle. Dimensions depend on the make of the vehicle, the logo is supposed to cover as much as possible of the said part of the vehicle (for Mitsubishi L 200 — 40 õ 100 cm). Terms of placement of the logo on the Organizers’ cars: from the date of the top readiness of the vehicle till 31.07.2006.

  • Placement of the GP logo on the press-conferences and award-giving banners. Dimensions of the logo are larger than of the other logos, but smaller than the “Expedition-Trophy” logo.

  • Placement of the GP logo on the “Expedition” train (7 to 10 wagons) on both sides of all the wagons (lower part under the windows). Dimensions max. 80 õ 300 cm.

  • Banners and Flags of GP on Start, Finish, in the Team Assembly Places and on Special Zones. Quantity and dimensions: 6 and more banners (dimensions of 130 õ 300 cm) and any quantity of flags (dimensions of not bigger than 100 õ 200 cm).

  • Placement of the GP logo on the ad-production of the Race (folders, envelopes, notebooks, calendars, booklets, flyers).

  • Acknowledgements to GP on the information boards of the Race.

  • Acknowledgements to GP at all the press-conferences and in official documents of the Race.

  • Acknowledgements to GP in the titles of the film shot upon the results of the Race.

  • Acknowledgements to GP in the photo album published upon the results of the Race.

  • Acknowledgements at all the festivals, visited by the “Expedition” company till 31.07.2006, with photo- and other materials of GP in the Photo-Show.

  • Opportunity to carry out the GP’s own actions using the “Expedition-Trophy 2006” logo in the period from the date of signing of the Partnership Agreement till 31.12.2006.

  • Opportunity to carry out the GP’s own promo-actions during the Race (23.02-08.03.2006).

  • Placement of the ad banner leading to the official site of GP on the Main Page of the Internet site of “Expedition-Trophy” in the “Partnership” sector. Placing ad links to the official web-site of GP.

  • Placement of the GP logo on the advertisement and souvenir products of Race (calendars, booklets, brochures, envelopes and other printed materials).

  • Option of creation of the GP’s own nomination and prize within the Race.

  • Invitation for 4 persons from GP’s side to the train “Expedition” for the whole route.

  • Invitation for 3 persons from GP’s side to one of the most spectaculars events (Start, Finish, Special Zone on the lake Baikal, concert show), including their transportation expenses to the event and back to Moscow and accommodation and food while being at the place of the event.

  • Production of a corporate film about the Race for GP by the Organizers.

  • Accordance of a special car, branded only by Organizers’ and GP’s logos, which will pass the entire Race route in competition status. After the Race this car becomes property of GP.

 

 

OFFICIAL PARTNER

Packet Price $ 300 000

“OFFICIAL PARTNER” STATUS (HEREINAFTER OP) GRANTS THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:

  • Placement of the OP logo on the clothes of the Race Organizers and participants. Quantity: 200 sets and more. Dimensions: max. 4 õ 8 cm.

  • Placement of the OP logo on the cars îf the Organizers and on all the private (non-corporate) teams on the both sides of the front fenders.

  • Dimensions depend on the make of the vehicle, the logo is supposed to cover as much as possible of the said part of the vehicle (for Mitsubishi L 200 — 25 õ 95 cm).

  • Placement of the OP logo on the press-conferences and award-giving banners. Dimensions of the logo are medium, less than the “Expedition-Trophy» logo and the logo of the General partner of the Race, but bigger, than the Partner’s logo.

  • Placement of the logos on the “Expedition” train on both sides of all the wagons (upper part, over the windows). Dimensions max. 40 õ 200 cm.

  • Banners and Flags of OP on Start, Finish, in the Team Assembly Places and on Special Sites. Quantity and Dimensions: 2 banners (Dimensions of 130X300 cm) and 1 flag (Dimensions of 100X200 cm).

  • Acknowledgements to OP in the photo album published upon the results of the Race.

  • Opportunity to carry out the OP’s own actions using the «Expedition-Trophy 2006» logo in the period from the date of signing of the Partnership Agreement till äî 31.07.05.

  • Placement of the ad banner leading to the official site of OP on the Main Page of the Internet site of “Expedition-Trophy” in the “Partnership” sector.

  • Placement of the OP logo on the advertisement and souvenir products of Race (calendars, booklets, brochures, envelopes and other printed materials).

  • Option of creation of the OP’s own nomination and prize within the Race.

 

 

PARTNER

Packet Price $ 150 000

“PARTNER” STATUS GRANTS THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:

  • Placement of the Partner’s logo on the clothes of the Race Organizers and participants. Quantity:200 sets and more. Dimensions : max. 5 õ 8 cm, 6 õ 12 cm.

  • Placement of the Partner’s logo on the cars îf the Organizers and private teams on 1/4 of mask, 1/2 part of the passenger door, 1/2 passenger window, 1/2 part of the back fender (1 choice from the available parts of the cars). Dimensions: depend on the make of the vehicle, the logo is supposed to cover as much as possible of the said part of the vehicle (for Mitsubishi L 200 — mask 25 õ 20 cm, door and window 45 õ 25 cm, back fender 25 õ 40 cm, passenger window 40 õ 40 cm).

  • Placement of the Partner’s logo on the press-conferences and award-giving banners.

  • Placement of the Partner’s logo on the “Expedition” train on both sides of all the wagons (between the windows). Dimensions: max 30 õ 60 cm.

  • Banners and Flags of Partner on Start, Finish, Team Assembly Place and Special Sites. Quantity and dimensions: for 1 banner (dimensions of130X300 cm) and 1 flag (dimensions of 100X200 cm).

  • Acknowledgement in the photo album published upon the results of the Race.

  • Opportunity to carry out the Partner’s own actions using the “Expedition-Trophy 2006” logo in the period from the date of signing of the Partnership Agreement till 31.07.05.

  • Placement of the ad banner leading to the official site of Partner on the internet site of “Expedition-Trophy” in the “Partnership” sector.
