The “Expedition-Trophy 2006” will be held from the 23-rd of February to the 8-th of March, going from Murmansk to Vladivostok. Russian and foreign journalists are invited to join us in the Race and cover this unique event.

Information Partner gets:

• Accreditation for 1 or 2 journalists for the Race.
• Flight and train tickets within Russian Federation territory.
• Places for journalists in the special train “Expedition”, going parallel to the route of the Race.
• An opportunity to pass some part of the Race in participant’s car.
• Accept to exclusive information on the Race.
• Accept to exclusive photo/video materials.
• Accept to participants’ contacts for interviews and connecting during the Race, if needed.
• An opportunity to promote adverting production during the Race, concerts and mass events.
• Placing Partner’s banner (logotype) at the official web-site of the Race in section “Partnership”  www.expedition-trophy.com and www.expedition-trophy.ru.

Interaction between media on the support train and “Expedition-Trophy Race”.

The train route and the Race route intersect at every point where the train is shown as stationery. From the parking place of the train, where the Race events are some distance away, transportation is provided to move all the passengers to the site of the action:  

• Control Point for end of Stage;
• Briefing of Team Captains ;
• Start of next Stage;
• Special Stage/tasks.

Cameramen, photographers and some reporters may be placed with racing teams for a stage.
